FALLS RECYCLING – Newton Falls, Ohio
Buyer of recycled materials (metals, paper, plastic, etc.) from public and industrial customers.
Took a concept to a 2.3 million dollar per year company. Responsible for all operations. Including budget
planning, equipment and material purchases, and coordinating the duties of 11 employees. Always using hands
on, lead by example approach. Processing, packaging, and shipping materials up to 60000lbs/$25000 per day.
Gained market share through competitive pricing, and customer satisfaction. Responsible for researching, and
adding products to diversify customer base. Implemented preventative maintenance schedule, and decreased
equipment down time.
