Designed and modeled a wide range of parts and assemblies using SolidWorks. Created and automated a

system of structural roofing. Created a complete 3D product library of air coolers. Made

recommendations to clients based on finite element and heat transfer analysis data. Implemented

program/add-ins on-site and provided technical support to customers. Supported sales staff wit h technical

Designed HVAC & plumbing using AutoCAD 2007. Created HVAC and plumbing construction

drawings for commercial properties, usually restaurants. Analyzed heat loads using Hourly Analysis

Program 2.0 to size units of up to 15 tons. Performed lighting calculations using Comcheck to show

compliance with energy codes. Coordinated with architects, code officials, and contractors. Ensured code

requirements (multi-state), clients’ wishes and company’s standards were met.

Designed post-tension cable layouts using AutoCad 2005. Created constructio n drawings for residential

foundations.

Prepared lab samples for various mechanical and physical tests. Operate d differential scanning

calorimeter, which collects and records heat flux data as a polymer specimen is being heated and/or

cooled. The results were used to objectively quantify glass temperature behavior of polymers.
