the shift in work processes

Orchestrated the implementation by working closely with system users, information

specialists, and the program developers to insure the integrity of the implementation

software’s usage with follow up surveys and in class testing

Secured the integrity of the software by constant monitoring of user friendly

“enhancements” and identifying “bugs” and “glitches” with the system's DBA,
