specialists, and the program developers to insure the integrity of the implementation

software’s usage with follow up surveys and in class testing
Secured the integrity of the software by constant monitoring of user friendly
“enhancements” and identifying “bugs” and “glitches” with the system's DBA,
programmers, and developers
Supervised the conversion of the hard copy and legacy electronic complaint tracking to
the new complaint tracking information storage system
Outcome: The Regulatory Boards have a homogeneous desktop system for retrieving
and inputting complaint information on any practicing licensed individual in the State of
Colorado.
