Materials Analyst:

Developed and implemented detailed inventory reduction plans. Inventory dropped from $9.2 M to $8.3 M in

2008 calendar year.

Analyzed lead times, order quantities, current order backlogs, current stock levels, and safety stock requirements

to identify areas for inventory reduction.

Assisted with successful implementation and startup of SAP ERP system in February 2009.

Conducted weekly component shortage, production loading, and past due meetings with production, materials,

and purchasing groups. Past due orders fell from $1.800 M to $900 k between July of 2008 and February of 2009.
