$70 Million privately held industry leader in contracted facilities services to major corporations and to single

tenant campuses, educational facilities and large manufacturing facilities in 15 states.

Corporate Vice President & Chief Financial Officer (Member of Executive Leadership Team and

Member of Board of Directors)

• Negotiated and expanded the Corporate Operating Line of Credit facility by $1,000,000 with a

lower than market interest rate.

Secured additional debt financing of over $1,000,000 with a lower than market interest rates to be used to buy

out shareholders.

• Initiated the restructuring of over $500,000 of several shareholders notes with the corporation.

• Implemented direct deposit and pay card programs for 4000 employees saving over $100,000 in

Negotiated the annual renewal of all the corporation’s property and casualty and workers compensation

Implemented process changes allowing the financial statements to be prepared, published and analyzed in

ZeaVision, LLC Saint Louis, MO 2005 to 2007

Provider of an advance testing device and nutritional supplement to Optometrists for the detection and

prevention of Macular Degeneration.

Chief Financial Officer and Member of Board of Directors

• Initiated and completed the restructuring of partnership debt to various share classes of equity.

Converted accounting software to more effectively integrate with internet and sales order process from

doctors. System allowed for credit card processing and ability to interface with order processing system.

A Joint Venture company between DuPont and Bunge Limited. A leading soy protein supplier to the global

food industry with 14 production facilities located in North and South America, Asia and Europe. Solae

operates in over 75 countries and employs over 3000 people with Net Sales that exceed $1 Billion.

Sr. Director – Financial Planning and Analysis

Reporting to the Chief Financial officer and with a staff of 6 – 10 senior level finance professionals provided

corporate financial and operational support to the Joint Venture, Steering Committee, Board of Managers and

parent company’s – DuPont and Bunge Limited.

Director – Internal Audit

Jointly reporting to the Audit Committee and Chief Executive Officer successfully created an internal audit

department, directed and implemented the Joint Ventures program for compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley 404.

Founded and implemented a corporate Compliance Committee of the Board of Managers and lead the

creation and implementation of roles, responsibilities, Board Charter/Objectives for the Audit Committee.

Director – New Business Development

Developed financial and technical feasibility analyses on new business research projects with largest potential

to add shareholder value. Presented recommendations to senior management that resulted in the expansion

of the Japanese market share by 3% and a lowering of manufacturing costs by 15% and a price increase in

the Japan market of over 10%. Initiated the development of a corporate Patent Board to drive innovation and

value for newly patented products and processes.

Director – Strategic and Financial Planning and Analysis

Lead the successful completion of two global acquisitions, two joint ventures and one business divestiture that

ranged from $14 million to over $1 billion in sales revenue. The project Net Present Value of the transactions

combined to exceed over $3 billion. Projects included discovery, synergy development, integration strategies

and finally execution of the new businesses strategies outlined to rationalize engaging in the transaction. In

addition, lead implementation of several software projects from SAP and Oracle to the development and

creation of a global data repository for the reporting and analysis of business results.
