Tracked payroll and materials utilized throughout each project’s progress. Successfully set-up, monitored, and
calculated all job costing activities on 550 projects per year; billed and collected $6.5 million in services
rendered each year. Coded and classified all accounts payable activities to the general ledger account. Classified
labor, materials, and overhead costs to compute actual cost of work/job. Established and regularly maintained
ongoing communication with sub-contractors, clients, field and field personnel to identify any/all potential
