cost accounting, billing, contract management and various other financial, administrative, and special projects.

Tracked payroll and materials utilized throughout each project’s progress. Successfully set-up, monitored, and

calculated all job costing activities on 550 projects per year; billed and collected $6.5 million in services

rendered each year. Coded and classified all accounts payable activities to the general ledger account. Classified

labor, materials, and overhead costs to compute actual cost of work/job. Established and regularly maintained

ongoing communication with sub-contractors, clients, field and field personnel to identify any/all potential

problematic areas of concern regarding billing or cost accounting. Set-up and ran various financial reports

highlighting variances on each project. Completed month-end billing and journal entries.
