• Oversaw the successful completion of 30+ large commercial projects totaling over 40 million dollars in value.

• Responsible for making sure all permits were expertly expedited from cities, local road commissions, and

health departments.

• Responsible for creating all estimates, bids, and proposals for each and every company project.

• Primary point of contact for developing and implementing a quality control program in order to make sure the

level of service and quality of work provided by each sub contractor was satisfactory to the owner.

• Responsible for all contract-specified maintenance during and following each project
