standards. ISO9000 had no deviations from the external audit. Updated and maintained the documents in a
central system published by each department.

QUALITY ENGINEER Techno Trim, Inc., Maysville, Kentucky 5/1996-8/2002
Production of cut and sew seat covers for the Toyota Camry, Honda Accord, Acura and the Honda Minivan.
Launched the Honda Minivan from its inception to relocation to Mexico as well as the Acura SUV program prior to
relocation to Mexico. Was Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer for all vendor-supplied products with
responsibilities encompassing product quality, conflict resolution and customer satisfaction. Introduced and
implemented QS-9002 standards and was coordinator for QS-9000. Assisted in development of the Servicing
Program for automotive seating. Additional responsibilities included Industrial Engineering processes, APQP,
FMEA, Control Plans, Design Feasibility, Process Capabilities, and Quality Standards.
