Non-Profit organization, international film festival, art-house cinema. I

started three months prior to the opening of the cinema. I was responsible for

developing all of the operational guidelines used to open and operate the

cinema as well as staffing and managing the facility in a day to day basis. In

addition to my retail management responsibilities I was the Executive

Director of the organization in which I was responsible for the operations of a

non-profit organization including board management, achieving the mission

and vision, sales and fundraising, marketing, project planning, grant writing

and execution of all events.

Landscape design and build firm founded in 2004 as a two person operation.

Since 2004 we have increased our revenue by over 500%, grown to staff four

full time employees and an additional six seasonal employees, purchased four

considerable market share in landscape design and build throughout our

region. On on on-going basis I set policy, conduct all bookkeeping functions,

process payroll, human resources functions, assist in project management and
