Accomplishments
Completed 2009 Annual Operating Revision (bottoms up detail) for the P&L and Balance Sheet including

Developed and implemented Key Causal and Business Performance Trend analysis that aided in
generating favorable cash flow for Q109.
Improved EBITDAR performance year over year by 12% despite a 30% downturn in the overall business
due to the economic downturn.

Crafted a Controller assessment letter that outlined staff duties for the General Accounting, Cost

Successfully updated the Standard Costs for Material, Labor, and Overhead in July of 2009. Impact on
Inventory was 12% because Standards had not been revised in 18 months and Labor and OH Rates had

Manufacturers), Internal, and External Distribution Centers, and 3rd Party Service Centers. Approximate
Inventory levels month to month ranged from $100M to $200M based on $4B in annual revenues. Supervise
and provide analytical support for Inventory Reserves based on LCM (Lower Cost or Market) methodology.
Direct Standard Cost activities in support of the Professional and Direct products maintained in JD Edwards
ERP coupled with supporting the Weighted-Moving-Average Cost maintained in the Oracle ERP for the
