management, sourcing, contract negotiations, and quality control in China.

Design and implement a company and product specific comprehensive strategy designed

to eliminate defects, increase supplier relationships, and greater efficiencies as it pertains

to the sourcing and manufacturing of products in China and throughout Asia.

Identity, locate and inspect potential factories to determine the best factory for client’s

specific products that have varied from construction and furniture products, to

electronics, clothing and plastics.

Negotiate the terms of factory contracts.

Design, implement, and over see product specific Quality Control procedures.

Setup and oversee logistical operations for various products originating in China and Asia

to the U.S. and Europe.
