Director of Human Resources: Worked closely with general manager and other senior managers and
executives to implement HR policies and procedures; directed overall Human Resources Department efforts in
several associated facilities. Hyatt locations served included: Hyatt Regency Columbus, Ohio (2005–2009, 631
rooms and 350 hotel employees); Hyatt Regency Indianapolis, Indiana (2001 – 2005, 498 room and 275
employees); Hyatt on Capitol Square, Columbus, Ohio (1998–2001, 400 rooms and 200 employees).
Major achievements included:
Awarded Corporate Recruiter and Certified Customer Service Trainer designations and also was selected as
one of 12 corporate Human Resources Operational Review Leaders out of 120 internal nationwide candidates
Organized industry wage and benefit survey for 12 area competitors
