Senior Lead Mechanical Project Development Design Engineer III- responsible for manage, engineer and design metal
floor board asm, decals and plastic golf and lawn mower accessories on Unigraphics NX V4, globally lead designers to
execute new designs and design solutions, release components/structural components/modular systems, develop time lines
from concept to production, write ECO’s and test reports, work with cross functional teams to meet program objectives,
work with mechanics to fabricate prototype and production components/subsystem/systems for riding golf motor
properties, participated in mock-up/builds, work with test engineers, participate in validation and focus on problem
solving.
2004-2008; Innovation and Invention Inc. (I^3) – Warren, MI
Lead Product Development Consultant Mechanical DE – responsible for supporting a small engineering team developing a
plastic golf ball accessory from concept to production. My assignment included sketch/CAD designs on Rhino software,
release component and assemblies, develop and meet time lines, participated in fabricating prototype parts, work with China
manufacture to build prototype tools, participate in validation and focus on problem solving.
2001-2008; GM Vehicle Engineering Center – Warren, MI
Senior Lead Product Development Design Engineer - Body, Movable Roofs; responsible for lead, manage, engineer
and design cross over sunroof vehicle car lines. Assignments include developing criteria design studies, design and
release components/structural components/modular systems for stampings/extrusion and machining, plastic drain hose,
drain plug assembly/packaging and drawings on Unigraphics V5.1 and Vis-Mockup; develop program timing for design
to execution; participate in validation both in vehicle and component level testing (this also includes wind tunnel,
environmental chambers and field testing), QRD, execution to final assembly; write change orders, design requirements,
design guide lines and best practices for cross functional teams; lead and facilitate global technical specifications
development; lead/monitor and assist integrated suppliers to meet program objectives; attend and participate in program
executive reviews; extensive focus on problem solving, product improvements, customer complains and warranty issues;
