I have known Sherri since November 9, 2003 and became acquainted with her at our mutual place of
employment, Pearson. I interacted with her nearly every day during a 40 hour work week and find her to be
personable, dedicated, and willing to take on new tasks and responsibilities. Sherri’s strengths include excellent
communication and listening skills, and an ability to interact positively with a wide range of internal and
external customers. She is very patient and treats others with respect; however, she can also be firm and
confident, when the need arises.
I am particularly impressed with Sherri’s drive and tenacity in pursuing her education. She recently received her
