Value Engineer costs to meet client budgets
Material specifying, evaluation and selection
Design Build coordination
Develop bid packages, evaluate proposals, negotiate and procure subcontracts and materials
Administrate shop drawings, submittals and change orders
Develop and maintain project budgets and cash flows
Develop and maintain project schedules
Prepare and submit draw pay request applications
Review and approve subcontractor and supplier invoices
