Activities) 1992 - 2007 Private, venture capital investments organized from

shareholders/BOD and other angel-type investors; raised and invested over

$15 million with an ultimate, overall annualized return in double digits;

actively invested throughout 1990s with last significant investment

monetized in 2007.

$50 million in annualized revenues; privately-owned by venture and

individual investors.

. Joined as EVP & CFO; late in first year, elected to Board and became

responsible for leading all areas of the business by earning the

following of the leaders of all functional areas; early in second

year, officially became President & COO.

. Responsible for all financial areas and communications and relations

with two venture capital firms and over 100 individual shareholders.

. Lead planning and prepared private offering documents that resulted in

recapitalization of company.

. Lead operational turn around from over $1 million monthly cash burn in

mid 2001 to near break-even operations for 2002.

. Participated in efforts to sell company to a strategic buyer that

resulted in it being under contract to sell when resigned to join

Kforce.
