Responsibilities are to maintain accurate inventory records as well as ordering merchandise in order to be fully

stocked. Accurate record keeping of daily transactions, from sales, and receiving of merchandise is a must. I am

responsible for scheduling the weekly employee schedule, hiring of employees as well as discipline up to and

including termination. I performed daily inventory counts including fuel deliveries and reconcile reports. I had daily

reports to send to home office including inventory counts, bank deposit information. Accurate record keeping is a must

because sometimes customers would dispute charges on credit/debit transactions sometimes 3 months later. I never had

a dispute that I did not find proof of the transaction. I am responsible for a safe and teamwork environment for

employees as well as customers. Also must maintain accurate price signs keeping the store free of litter and clean at all

times.

5. I started a 5 S program to designate a place for everything and keep everything in its place.
