Provides solutions for oil and gas industry and for electrical generation,

transmission and distribution.

Hold key divisional responsibilities for compliance across multiple

regulatory channels for 595G subsidiary of Siemens. Implement all new

Siemens policies locally and train staff. Review all Sales Agents contracts

Jakel into their operations, a comprehensive effort involving preparation

of consolidated financial statements for Jakel, closing of a plant in

Kentucky, and shifting of manufacturing operations to Mexico and China.

Reported to CFO and collaborated across many functions in ensuring a smooth

transition.

> Developed method to consolidate financials and daily sales into parent

blowers for air moving.
