Summary: Work enforced was construction of a new building addition

similar to the original building only turned 90 degrees and attached

via corridors and a courtyard. Renovation of various existing areas and

addition is approximately 7000 sq. ft. Project Amount: $4,300,000

o 2004-2005 Project Manager, St. Mark's Episcopal Church, Paw Paw, MI

Summary: Contract to construct a new, approximately 5,250 sq. ft.,

church. Construction included masonry, steel framing, concrete,

finishes, elevator system, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, HV

Summary: Contract to construct new 9,600 square feet building for the

Army & Air Force Exchange Service. Project included site excavation,

flooring, electrical, and mechanical. Project amount: $715,000

o 2002-2003 Project Superintendent, Branch County Courthouse, Coldwater,

MI

Summary: Contract to phase remodel to the Branch County Courthouse.

Work includes remodeling a 23,000 square foot area. Work consists of

demolition, concrete, masonry, miscellaneous metals, drywall and

plaster with metal studs or suspension systems, lay-in ceilings,

finishes, specialties, plumbing, HV AC work, chiller replacement and

associated modifications, fire suppression systems work, controls work,

electrical power and lighting, alarm and minor security systems work.

The work involved a broad array of architectural, plumbing, HV AC,

electrical and fire suppression trades. Project Amount: $1,169,191

o 2002 Project Superintendent, Minute Maid Can Dock, Paw Paw, MI

Summary: This project consisted of approximately a 5,000 sq. ft.

addition of a warehouse/dock area between two existing buildings. Work

included demolition, concrete foundations, masonry walls, structural

steel erection, membrane roofing, carpeting and finish trades. The

project was completed while the plant was in continuous operation. L.D.

Docsa had to comply with all owner safety and health procedures,

including dust partitions, rodent protection, etc. Project amount:

o 1998-1999 Project Superintendent, Wal-Mart Super Center, Columbia City,

Summary: This project was a four-sided store addition and remodeling.

70,000 square feet of new store was added, along with a complete

remodel of the existing store. This work was all completed with the

store operating on a 24 hour basis. The job was completed within the

time frame specified. Project amount: $3,330,000
