Direct virtual management of 28 consulting resources for the Oracle
Utilities Global Business Unit. Responsibilities included the placement of
consultants on client and internal assignments resulting in the highest
utilization and margin percentage. Created a skills survey for 200 internal
consultants using Oracle Quick Survey. Reviewed and tracked available
external resources to fit project demand and budget including offshore,
near shore, and onshore projects. Provide statistical trend data in terms
of utilization, project staffing mix of resources, and open requirements as
needed for management.
. Accountable for the deployment of over 200 consulting resources to
projects with 90% maintaining a 75% billable utilization using Oracle
Project Resource Management (PJR).
