Promoted, and relocated to US, with direct responsibility for overall value

operations process-from Purchase Order through shipping. Direct

departmental areas of responsibility include: Order Logistics, Purchasing,

Production Control, Warehouse / Receiving and IT. Member of the Lean

Enterprise Steering Committee tasked with strategic business planning, high

level oversight and implementation of Lean initiatives. Instrumental in

transforming company net losses to profitability with 255% sales growth and

double digit profit over 3 years.

Representative Accomplishments

. Drove constantly improvements that reduced lead time-from engineering

start to shipment-from 14 to 6.5 weeks; improved delivery rates from
