for: cost, quality, delivery, safety, training, and continuous improvement activities within the Value Stream.

• Promoted from CNC Machining Manager to Senior Manufacturing Manager in 2007.

• Employed lean manufacturing techniques including: cellular manufacturing, value stream mapping, 5S,

TPM, SPC, error proofing, kaizen, problem solving, and visual factory management.
