The projects represented more than 4 million sq. ft. of development comprised of retail, restaurant,

entertainment, office and residential uses. Oversight responsibility for more than 150 employees

within the organization. Negotiated contracts (housekeeping, contract security, landscaping, snow

removal, web design, LCD animation, gift card program, national/local public relations), identified

additional revenue streams, maintained positive relationships with key city/local officials and developed/
