degree in Counseling Services. I have passed the National Counselor’s Exam.
In my last position, I was working at The Association for the Advancement of Mental Health in Princeton,
NJ as a Partial Care Rehabilitation Counselor, which I did for almost six years. I have nine years
experience in the mental health field including work in group homes and psychiatric hospitals. I am also
a published author.
My article, Applying stage-wise treatment to a mixed-stage co-occurring disorders group was published in the American
Journal of Psychiatric Rehabilitation, 2007, 10 (2). I also gave a presentation on the subject at the annual conference of the
New Jersey Association of Mental Health Agencies Inc. in April 2008.
