o Managing a staff of five clerical employees and one staff supervisor whose duties range from cost accounting,
credit and collections, accounts payable and receivables processing, fixed asset accounting and payroll, purchasing
and storeroom management.
o Primary tasks include the fiduciary responsibility of cost containment, management of and adhering to on-site
metrics in spending, cash controls and collections, monthly forecast and budgetary variance analysis and financial
statements preparation, review and issuance.

o Initial duties were within the cost accounting department of the parent company and charged with improving
reporting of labor and material actual costing as benchmarks against current standard costing.
o Moved to Plant Controller of the Coachworks division in January 2006 with responsibilities for all finance
accounting reporting.
Wescast Industries – Finance Leader - 2004-05
o Responsible for all areas of accounting and finance and related reporting for the facility located in Georgia.
o Managing a staff of four clerical employees and one staff supervisor whose duties range from cost accounting,
accounts payable and receivables processing, fixed asset accounting, purchasing and storeroom management.

tracking, payroll reporting and accounts receivable.
o Primary tasks include the monthly close cycle, process forecasting and financial statements preparation.
Ongoing responsibilities cover a range from fiscal controls, physical inventory control procedures; spare parts
inventory management, fixed assets reporting, year-end financial audit and annual budget package.
Will-Burt Company – Cost Accounting Manager - 1997-99
o Managed all areas of manufacturing information as related to cost and general accounting systems.
o Conducted evaluations of work in progress and inventory statuses of three separate business divisions within the
company. Reduced the aging of Work In Progress from 18 months to within one week, with an average
volume of 4,000 orders per month.
Instrumental in reducing month-end closings from fifteen days to five days.
o Coordinated and directed annual physical inventories. Reduced inventory losses by more than $1 million between
1997 and 1998 physicals.
o Implemented location control and cycle counting systems for “on demand” accuracy of raw material, work in
progress and finished goods inventories.
o Instrumental in reducing raw material and work in progress inventories from $9 million and $10 million, to
$6 million and $1 million, respectively.
o Worked with Information Systems department on continued implementation of software package.
o Managed a staff of four, department supervisor, and reported to Chief Financial Officer and President.
