Project Manager

• Manage the day to day planning, design and construction facilities, schedule, work performance, safety

oversight, coordination of effectiveness, and performed documentation reviews for all repair and

construction work in progress or in planning stages at Walter Reed Army Medical Center (WRAMC).

• Manage two mechanical projects averaging $5 million at Walter Reed Army Medical Center.

• Direct both technical and non-technical teams within a structured organization, monitoring and

encouraging functional groups to complete milestones within defined budgets and schedules.

• Coordinate daily actions with the Directorate of Public Works, Corps of Engineers, and US Army

Medical Research and Materiel Command (MRMC) personnel.

Prepare project plans and provide weekly status reports to team members, executive leadership, and other contract organizations.

Provide oversight of performance on all USACE Quality Assurance Engineering Regulations such as ER-1180-1-6 and all

MEDCOM guidance on QA reporting.

Prepare regular communications to government officials in order to apprise them of project status as required.

Ensures that proper security is maintained over all project materials, in accordance with Department of Defense security

procedures.

Alexandria Redevelopment and Housing Authority, Alexandria, VA Aug 06-May 07

Project Manager

• Work closely with HUD on modernization funding and prepared application for yearly funding.

Coordinated construction contracts and monitored the progress of construction projects to ensure

conformance to design specifications, cost estimates, and time schedules.

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the modernization projects of the Housing Department, as well as

prepared five year plan.

• Ability to be productive in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional work environment.

• Prepare project and financial reports. Maintain a project file for each construction job with relevant

documentation.

• Strong understanding of real estate, finance and accounting principles.

• Review plans prepared by consulting architects and contractors.

Keep current, accurate records on each working project along with answering citizens' questions relating to the various

modernization projects, and manage resources efficiently.

Convert a 936 sq ft one bedroom apartment into an ADA compliant unit. Brought the project in on time and within budget.

Superintendent

• Manage project deliverables, provided customer support, facilitated operations during construction,

installation, and start up, ensured on-time delivery, and fulfilled other customer liaison duties.

• Manage daily project completion and trades coordination.

Coordinate the activities of new home construction according to the Company’s standards and processes.

Ensure quality and customer satisfaction are maintained throughout the construction process.

Oversaw trade partners and Assistant Superintendents, and as a Wingman (mentor), I was tasked with training New Hires that

came to work for Pulte Homes.

• Managed the completion of $4.25 million, five 4,328 sq ft single family homes. Challenge: 90-day

deadline with 15 days of rain and vandalism.
