• Generated $4M cost savings by converting approximately 175 trading partners from Hoover EDI

system to Maytag EDI system in four month time frame. Integration completed by

management set deadline with no critical stoppage of business processes.

• Created cross-functional EDI Work Group to prioritize all open projects resulting in resource

assignment to projects most important to business.

Annual cost savings of $80K and cost avoidance of $600K achieved by reducing EDI Value

Added Network (VAN) costs through conversion of partners to EDI over the Internet (EDIINT)

and other technologies.

Assisted with conversion of VAN connectivity from dial-up to frame relay, resulting in elimination

of communication failures and a cost savings of $40K annually.

Maintain and sustain projects related to 31 different transactions on 4 distinct systems.

Main EDI contact for top new customer launch team. Implemented all EDI transactions according

to specifications, on time and within budget, which resulted in $350M in increased annual sales.

EDI project lead on implementation of 100+ vendors to a daily and weekly EDI planning schedule

for two manufacturing sites, resulting in cost savings of $450K.

EDI project lead in EDI interfaces for order processing and invoicing due to order management

system platform change. Conversion completed on time and under budget.
