package that maintains credit scores and other essential credit card information. Worked on both the
development and support of the TRIAD software.
• Worked with Processors to customize their software to meet the customers individual needs.
Created several mainframe programs to more efficiently process credit card information which
led to a 10 percent cost reduction and decreased processing time.
Developed several in-house debugging programs to increase efficiency in resolving support issues from
the TRIAD customers.
Improved the On-line CICS program to handle credit card authorizations quicker.
Worked with SQL Database to create business object reports and SQL utility programs for database
extract applications.

Member of a cross section of project teams as both lead and support analyst/programmer that developed
new revenue producing products for the INVISION product Accomplishments included:
• Created and updated DB2 purge programs and database extract programs along with Patient
Management CICS/COBOL programs for the new front end Bed Management product.

Worked on the Lifetime Clinical Record project creating DB2 extract programs. Included all aspects of

data warehouse.
Member of the first department wide testing team that created standard testing scripts and metrics that

Member of the DAYEND group as a programmer/analyst that contributed to the increased revenue of
the INVISION product. Accomplishments included:
• The creation, development, and maintenance of all the CICS/BATCH COBOL programs and
corresponding JCL that run in the DAYEND flow for our over 800 hospital customers.
• The creation, development, and maintenance of all JCL software that installs the INVISION
applications. Decreased by several hours the installation and upgrade of the INVISION software
at customers sites.
Created, developed, coded, and tested a new Clinical Archive process that stores old clinical data on
tape that severely reduced DASD and Tape costs for the company. Decreased Clinical Archive
processing time by 15 percent.
• Responsibilities also include system maintenance, enhancement and source code modification of
other existing applications. Member of the DAYEND ONCALL team for after hours support.
