support/electronic discovery organization with 9 locations throughout the US.
• Led current senior executive team in acquisition of $35M publicly traded company and took company
private post close. Assisted in negotiation of transaction, financing and credit agreements, and ran process
to raise equity. Handled majority of due diligence during acquisition.
• Delivered $40M liquidity event by successfully completing a $94M recapitalization transaction of OnSite
with venture capital partner at a valuation that was 5X the acquisition price 20 months earlier.
• Negotiated a recap agreement and new credit facility of $30M for the restructured company.
• Drove a dramatic financial turnaround of OnSite from $35M in revenue and $2.7M in EBITA to $70M in
revenue and $12M in EBITA over a two year period by restructuring internal operational and financial
models.
• Closed and successfully integrated two acquisitions in the first year, and added a start-up subsidiary in Los
Angeles from which to grow the company’s west coast presence.
• Structured a new 10 year lease and $2.5M build-out of a new 70,000 square foot headquarters facility in
