A publically traded telecommunications company functioning in a highly

competitive environment. With over $3,000,000,000 in annual sales,

Windstream operates throughout the U.S. Windsteam acquired D&E

Communications in November 2009.

Senior Business Development Manager

A rainmaker. An executive position created to utilize my wide ranging

skills for identifying, cultivating, and securing new sources of revenues

and savings. The role oversees the management of all key vendors including

Cisco, Microsoft, Level3, and NeoNova as well as key partners including

other telecom providers. The role also established new corporate

initiatives to maximize current industry opportunities. Reporting to the

VP of Marketing, Product Management, and Business Development.

*Secured two very significant partnerships resulting in approximately $4M

in new annual revenue

SUSQUEHANNA COMMUNICATIONS, York, PA 2005 - 2006 (16 months)

A privately held communications company with approximately $350M in annual

sales and operations spanning Pennsylvania, New York, Maine, Mississippi,

Indiana, and Illinois. SusCom was acquired by Comcast in May 2006 for

approximately $1B.

Vice President

Managed all aspects of a segment product portfolio across six states and

nine markets. Oversaw the planned launch of new services while also

managing an existing customer base. Extensive regulatory work with the FCC

and state public utility commissions. Reported to the President and Chief

Operating Officer.

bankruptcy in 2001.

Managed sales and operation staff of 46, including Customer Care Director,

Sales Manager, Service Managers, Engineers, and Project Managers across

three states. Performed complete staff and operational reorganization to

ensure improved performance and employee morale. Full profit and loss
