Summary
The main emphasis of my work experience has come from nearly thirteen years
with FedEx Express. I have held both hourly and management positions
including Cargo Handler, Tractor Trailer Driver, Heavyweight Handler
(Forklift Operator), Ramp Agent, and Ramp Operations Manager.
An especially rewarding experience for me was being part of a team of five
Ramp Operations Managers in Salt Lake City during the start up of the US
Postal Service contract and in the aftermath of the 9/11 attacks, followed
shortly by the 2002 Winter Olympic Games. I'm very proud of the way our
teams adapted and worked together through the many challenges of those
three significant events.
