> Assisted the Owner in selecting delivery methodology, issuing

Jefferson Local School District/Ohio School Facilities Commission, West

Jefferson, Ohio

> Project Manager on $30 million, Ohio School Facilities

Commission/Jefferson Local District building program consisting of

conversion of high school to a 6-12 facility with addition and

renovation, as well as addition and renovation to existing elementary.

> Responsible for interface with the Owner (District & O.S.F.C.),

coordination of all pre-construction activities through each phase of

design, bidding process, contract administration, project controls,

project procedures, program scheduling, project close-out, training

and development of support staff.

load project schedule utilizing Primavera Project Planner P3 and
