collection of past dues (1.1MM), and increasing cash (800K).

. Oversaw the development of the Indy 500 Grill in the new Indianapolis

Airport for SSP America (budget 2.4MM) and the San Diego Convention

Center's Tides restaurant for Centerplate (budget 1M).

WHEAT MONTANA FARMS, BAKERY & DELI (15 stores in MT, ID & 2006/2007

WA), General Manager

. Increased overall brand presence/earnings by forging a concept redesign

which increased new stores by 62% and comparable (year-on-year) sales 14

months in a row. Two record months were achieved. Annual revenue grew

from 5.7MM to 7MM.

EAST OF CHICAGO PIZZA COMPANY (135 stores in OH, IN, VA, FL 2003/2006

& SC), Vice President

. Introduced a new marketing vehicle which stopped a 3 year sales decline

and delivered a 20% annualized sales increase.

. Generated in the first year net income of 1MM (revenue of 65MM), which

was more profit earned than the previous seven years (combined).

. Acquired financing for manufacture and expansion into the frozen

pizza/crust market competing with Kraft and Schwan's.

. To facilitate international expansion, traveled to Dubai, UAE to

established relationships with potential franchise candidates.
