Auto Check print & Positive Pay: Analyzed Account payable system, and designed

and implemented Check print programs and setup the Positive Pay. It replaced

pre-printed checks and provided ability for accounting department to print their

own. Drastically reduced steps and interaction between IT and Accounting

Department. Also provide more security and save cost of pre-printed checks.

Paperless System: Implemented Electronic forms and Setup Workflow using Tascia

Workflow. With this electronic forms, alert colleagues and decision-makers

regarding their role within specified workflow process in real time email

notification. Decreased the waiting time of the approval cycle.

WMS (Warehouse Management System): Analyzed, Designed, Implemented and tested

all the process from order release to shipment. Save more than 50% of staffing
