Tier 1 Automotive Supplier supplying plastic-injection molded Interior Trim
parts to Toyota Motor North America, General Motors and Chrysler. Annual
revenue $50 Million.
Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer
Developed and managed the Financial and Operational goals of a $60 Million
Plastics Injection Molding Company. Furthermore, was responsible for
developing the strategic planning process, formats and guidelines for the
Company along with overseeing the month-end closing and performing
analytical reviews of financial statements. Negotiated contracts with raw
material vendors and other miscellaneous vendors, ensuring the best pricing
while controlling costs. Coordinated and strengthen cost reductions and

(PECO) and gas to 485,000 customers in the Philadelphia area (PECO). In
addition, for energy delivery Exelon's operations include energy generation
and power marketing.
Senior Financial Manager
Developed and administered a $100 Million Energy Solution Group's Financial
Plan along with preparing consolidated financial reports and analysis for
the Energy Solutions Group. Collaborated with senior executives in
preparing financial presentations for quarterly meetings, Management
Committee meetings and Board of Director meetings. Forecasted future
revenue and expenses for the Company budget through the analysis of
business operations and trends. Prepared monthly forecast, revenue
recognition, and long term/short range financial forecasting for the Energy
Solutions Group. Supervised a strategic financial leadership program to
support the Company's goals of evaluating potential alliances,
acquisitions, mergers, and investments and/or other issues affecting the

Financial Manager
Audited financial institutions to assess key business risks to the
financial institution, and assisted in implementing risk management
strategies for improved performance. Also, help identify, monitor, and
report risk management effectiveness.
Reviewed various Loan Managers portfolios to assess credit risks of loans
and identify loans that needed special attention before they became problem
loans. Analyzed banks lending practices which include looking at asset
quality, the effectiveness of credit administration procedures, the
