Assisted BGG in entering new ventures that included pomegranate juice
production and goji berry ingredients to a prominent manufacturer of

Owner of a trading firm that brokered cosmetics, food ingredients, and
nutritional products in Asia. In 2006 assisted a 3PL in Provo, Utah to
provide supply chain solutions to international customers. In 2005
supplied sundry merchandise to the retail trade. In 2004 returned to Taiwan
to assist a food manufacturer interested in setting up a pack and blending
operation in China. From 2002 - 2003 contracted the Asian business for a
large US food processor- Dean Specialty Food's Group. Successfully launched
3 new creamer formulations for Dean Foods in Taiwan among which included a
cold water soluble creamer with a market potential of $2 million.

Taiwan
Asia Pacific Sales Manager 5/91 - 7/00 Managed a sales office in Taiwan
with responsibility to sell bulk non-dairy creamer, whipped topping agents,
and dairy powders throughout Asia. Established a good working relationship
with all customers in Asia by learning their needs and problems to insure
long term satisfaction. Developed significant sales of creamers in China,
Taiwan, Japan, Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines. Grew sales to
Asia-Pacific from $2 million to $9 million year.
Called on R&D, marketing, and purchasing personnel regularly. Relayed All
information to the US R&D team to develop samples and commercial runs of
ingredients. Prepared proforma invoices and insured payment was received
and product shipped on time. In the event of product claims, inspected
faulty product, resolved disputes quickly and amicably.

Goods. Diversified import sources for giftware items from Taiwan to China.
Export Manager 1/90 - 4/91 Managed Collins' exports of dairy powders,
Corning Glassware, and building materials to Taiwan. Successfully launched
three patterns of Corning Glassware to Far Eastern, Makro, and Mercuries
Department Stores.
