Robins Air Force Base C-130J Model Print Team. Identified problems with
past print and release process, and provided key input in development of
updated processes for proper printing and release of proprietary manuals
from the Defense Area Printing Plant and Technical Order Warehouse. Uses
Microsoft office software to create user-friendly tracking sheets used to
track FMS and J-Model print orders. Supporting Foreign Military Sales
(FMS) customers at a .6% percentage overdue out of 623 orders and 1.1%
overall for Robins AFB. Providing assistance to equipment specialists and

Processes all updates and changes to T.O.'s through Joint Computer-Aided
Acquisition and Logistic Support (JCALS). Ensuring shipping labels are
correct and prepared for distribution and maintain appropriate inventory in
the warehouse for each technical publication. Process requisition requests
through JCALS and use Tech Data PDM (Konfig, Centra) to determine the
metadata for each publication. Input FMS orders into the Security
Assistance Technical Order Data System (SATODS). Suggested procedures for
the requisition file that decreased average processing time from 1 month to
two weeks. Proof reads and edits technical publications to ensure they meet
governing Mil Standards 38784. Performs quality reviews on copy output from
Government Printing Office to ensure print quality met appropriate

Expedited Technical Orders (T.O.'s) manuals from warehouse to print shop
for cutting and placed proper technical order tracking sheet with the
document. I maintained a database of expedited, scanned, submitted and
approved data of Technical Orders that were pulled from warehouse and
checked against a paper log. Scanned technical publications using EPIC
software, and performed quality control on each page of the publication.
Used over size scanner to scan oversized technical schematics. Ran backups
nightly to ensure proper loads of technical orders to the repository.
Researched and wrote procedures for each phase in the scanning process and
trained employees on every job in the scanning area insuring the highest
possible quality of products and services to satisfy customer needs and
