Coordinated the dissolution of the Maintenance Department into the Brewing Production Department.

Managed a $2.2M budget and a team of 28 technicians in the Predictive Maintenance (PdM) including vibration

analysis, infra-red analysis and oil analysis (tribology) as well as Preventative Maintenance (PM).

Utilized SAP ECC 6.0 PM, PP, MM, BW software to develop a comprehensive maintenance plan, review and

improve preventative maintenance efficiencies, schedule and plan the maintenance process.

Liaison for Production and Maintenance coordinating PM work with production demands.

Understanding and working knowledge of PLC logic

Reviewed and controlled Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)

Selected as the first Reliability Manager at the Jacksonville Brewery.
