Kronos is a $660 million software and services company and the leader in
providing human capital management solutions to the global market.
Senior Web Marketing Manager, 1996 to 2008
o Lead Kronos's Web Services department under Services, IT and then the
Marketing departments. Developed company strategy for site design,
project management and reporting. Web sites include: Public, Customer,
Intranet, Extranet, Partner, and targeted portals as well as sites in
six different languages. This team also designed and developed many
micro-sites and web-based applications.
o Lead Kronos's Public Site SEO/SEM efforts resulted in the top three
listing in Google for natural search from the 27 position..
o Designed the segmentation system that allowed targeted campaigns to be
developed. Managed the e-mail campaigns and results reporting.
o Developed a sales inquiry measurement system and dashboard that

ranking for 2 years in a row.
o Assisted with serviceability of new products through the evaluation of
release plans, assuring smooth product introduction.
o Developed and implemented a service delivery program that resulted in
a 22% reduction in field labor expense.
o Designed mentoring program that resulted in 34% of staff being

o Lead internal ISO 9000 certification and was instrumental in
