. Set up, operated and maintained FPLC system, AKTA and Duoflow

. Purified more than twenty recombinant proteins including:

< four lysin enzymes with lytic activity against a broad range of bacteria

< 10+ SNX proteins

. Purified 100+ milligrams of proteins for NMR and crystallography

. Characterized proteins using physical methods including CD, FTIR

fluorescence, and FPLC

. Performed immunoassay (ELISA, Western blot, immuno-precipitation, immuno-

staining)

. Co-defined the NMR solution structure of PX domain

. Wrote experiment protocols and SOPs
