MM to $378 MM and apartment home growth from 45K units to 62K units.

strategically aligned the information technology initiative with business

Reduced monthly telephone costs by an average of $15 K from renegotiating

and consolidating local, long distance phone contracts, and the

implementation of the Cisco IP telephony solution and the ROI on the Cisco

Camden Property Trust 1997 - 2000

One of the largest multifamily real estate investment trusts (REITs) in the

nation and currently owns and manage 192 properties, consisting of 66,446

apartment homes.

Managed all application development and support activities of programmers,

analysts, and consulting staff. This was for the financial, human resource

and operational systems for Camden Property Trust.

Industry first in house development and operations of the Resident Utility

Billing System - This application recovered $800 K in revenues the first

year from billing water usage back to the residents at Camden apartment

homes. The system reached $1.4 MM in the second year of operations and

included management and trash fees. A competitor purchased this

application for a profit over the development cost.

Project planning and budgeting for new development and support initiatives

- This includes the software selection and implementation of new accounting

system.
