Program.
o Responsible for preparing the monthly invoices to the State of

contract. This includes overseeing the compilation of the billable
hours for 120 people, tracking unit cost items such as assessments,
inspections and closings performed by our sub-contractors and ensuring
all other direct costs are invoiced in accordance with the terms of
