distressed mortgage loans, restructuring the loan or assisting in the
selling of property to reduce expected losses by foreclosure. Negotiate
successful counterproposals on loss mitigation with customers, realtors and
attorneys relating to
short sales, loan restructuring, deeds in lieu of foreclosure and total
charge-offs.
08-99 to 06-2007 Ontario Auto Lending (Heinrich Chevrolet Corp) Finance and
Collections Manager: Recruited for banking and collection experience in
1999 to structure and build a collections and finance department for a new
Buy-Here, Pay-Here automobile dealership. Utilizing skills gained in the
banking industry, I successfully collected a portfolio of 500+ accounts,
including repossessions, lawsuits and bankruptcy processes. As Finance
Officer, my position required the daily analytical processes of loan review
for financing. Successfully performed the credit, salary, employment and
motor vehicle record verifications required for sound lending and legal
operation of a vehicle in New York State. Other daily operations included
cash payment handling, customer contacts and sales when needed. Multi-
tasking all dealer positions while remaining in constant adherence to
