Lead ERP implementation of Epicor Vantage at Canyon Engineering. Using train-the-trainer approach, management

training and 'go-live' was accomplished within 60 days. Over 12 months, every department was re-structured to take
advantage of real-time, visible, integrated ERP system. This facilitated almost 100% growth in less than three years.
Streamlined prototype development from over 3 weeks to less than 4 days. Integrated 'hooks' in ERP system to

SolidWorks and CNC programming software. A visual model created a valid BOM within ERP which calculated real-
time costs and product availability. This proven method improved successful quote conversion from <15% to over 50%.
Used Crystal Reports and open-source software tools to create on-line, real-time display of KPI for both executive and

front-line supervisors. This permitted accurate on-the-floor decisions for day-to-day operations as well as current data for
executive overview.
Led a multi-disciplined team to overhaul the management of a aerospace R&D firm. This was a multi-faceted approach

where departments were sequentially reviewed and restructured while other corporate activities were systematically
changed. This was the result of a holistic ERP implementation that was not done as a pilot-parallel implementation but
rather a rapid, cut-over plan. This was accomplished within 3 months and at a fraction of the proposed budget.
Implemented an EC system that supported Requests, Changes and Notices for Engineering that nearly eliminated (98.9%)

production errors. This system was developed to be simple, streamlined and easier to use than to circumvent. Integrating
with the ERP system, it contained an accurate historical record of product development and non-conforming production
problems.
