RE: 10352 HR Administrator (confidential ad on Indeed.com

1/27/10)

Gentlemen:

I am writing in response to your ad for a HR Administrator, for which you will find me an excellent

candidate. My positive attitude, diverse skills and experience, and degree would serve you

well. Consequently, my confidential resume is attached for your review and consideration.

Gaining valuable experience first, and then going back for my degree all at my expense,

speaks volumes for my achievements of the past -- along with my aspirations for the future. If

you seek a top notch professional who desires only the best for herself -- and others -- read on.

Your Needs My Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in HR & Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational

Management (HR), and 5+ years in

3 years in administering benefits Finance dealing extensively with ESOP (also insurance &

other responsibilities).

Union, manufacturing environment South Bend Lathe was an Union, manufacturing

company. I dealt with hourly Union employees getting ESOP.

At one point, I was contacted by an Union member to run for

the Board of Directors’. I am professional, credible, and

respected.

Analytical, attention to detail, with ESOP is comparable to 401(K) with different rules –

tracking hours for eligibility,

a customer service attitude keeping detailed records, knowing the rules as to how

much can be contributed in what year, etc., & being able to

explain everything in a way the other person understands it.

The many positive comments I received while in Sales,

Teaching others from a diversity of social and economic

backgrounds, & enhancing my Degree with a strong

concentration in Communications & Psychology would be a

definite asset to your firm.

Federal/State regulations, trends in Regulations change all the time so you need to be

in the position, receiving updated

benefit administration bulletins all the time – reading & referring to them

constantly. I am not opposed to joining SHRM or attending

business related classes/seminars. My consulting

background (analytical for problem solving & effectively

communicating the solution) could result in some new &

improved ideas for “benefits administration”.

You will find me high in energy, integrity persuasive, thorough, and confident; I posses the

necessary people, analytical, and communication skills required to be successful. May I have an

opportunity to meet with you to discuss your needs for this position in greater detail? You

may call or leave a message for me at the above listed telephone number. Thank you for your

consideration in these matters.

Sincerely,

Audrey Fisher
