inspection time and rejects.

Coordinated the Quality Management System (QMS) to meet ISO/QS 9000 and 14000 requirements. Facilitated

ISO/QS Foundation Training to upper Management for a clear understanding of ISO concepts, principals and

requirements. Taught ISO/QS Awareness Training to all employees. Facilitated ISO/QS Internal Auditor training to

establish in-house audit plans and responsibilities. Continually monitored and evaluated the progress of each

department towards the effective implementation and operation of the QMS system.

Developed strategic alliance, common goals and communication with global suppliers. Evaluated and measured

supplier compliance to meet the Quality Assurance standards of ISO 9001 and QS 9000 by conducting qualification

surveys/audits. Improved on time delivery, quality of parts received and reduced number of rejected parts.
