Turin Networks, Inc. was a leading global provider of next generation

wireless backhaul, Carrier Ethernet and converged services platforms.

Revenues were 100 million with 375 employees globally. Turin recently

merged with Force10 which resulted in job elimination.

Responsible for leading the Human Resources function globally with a fourth

of the operation in China. Primary focus was to introduce Performance

Management and SuccessFactors throughout the organization, enhance career

development programs in China, and restructure the workforce in the US and

EMEA.

1999 - 2007

Sage Software provides business application software and services for small

and mid size customers. Revenues in North America were $1 billion with 5200

employees in the US and Canada.

. Led integration efforts of 20 major acquisitions and over 3500

employees since 1999. Acquisitions contributed to the growth of

revenue from $155 million to $1 billion in a 5 year period.

. Restructured HR departments from operating as individual subsidiaries

into one unified organization with minimal business disruption.

Centralized and adopted common benefit programs, compensation

structures, HRMS systems, and organizational development to provide a

common employee experience across locations.

acquisition activity.

Following an ownership change from Automatic Data Processing to Sage

Software, responsible for a department of 5 human resources professionals

tasked with building a new HR organization to support 400 employees with

new programs and services.

. Worked with the Senior Management team to execute a new strategic

direction under the new ownership.

. Assisted the CEO in attracting and retaining a highly talented and

committed leadership team through the transition by managing executive

search efforts and partnering with leaders to assess and reorganize

their management teams

AUTOMATIC DATA PROCESSING, INC.

1985 - 1999

ADP provides outsourced payroll and other business process management

services to small, medium and enterprise customers.

Director, Human Resources - Electronic Services Division, Alpharetta, GA

1996 - 1999

Responsible for supporting 3 separate and distinct business units of ADP,

including Peachtree Software, with a

total of 700 employees in multiple locations. Interfaced and consulted

with the Presidents and management teams of

each of the business units with the primary focus on leading the

organizations through growth stages and launching new

products to market. HR teams focused on recruiting, compensation, employee

relations, and benefits.

. Increased the employee population 50% by recruiting, merging and

acquiring staff. Extensive technical and executive search was

accomplished while reducing recruiting costs.

. Directed efforts in the latter stages to build programs and processes to

be prepared for ownership changes for three businesses and retaining

talent.

Director, Human Resources, Business Services Division, Concord, CA

1992 - 1996

Responsible for merging 1000 California based employees from Bank of

America's Payroll Division into ADP. This involved developing and managing

three separate Human Resources departments in California within 2 weeks of

the acquisition close date. Directed 2 remote HR Managers. Introduced and

implemented all Human Resources programs and new benefits to the acquired

employees. Heavily involved in organizational development and directing

extensive reductions in staff.

. Developed 3 start up HR departments complying with all internal and

external regulatory audits. Rolled out new compensation programs,

benefits, management training, and orientation programs to promote ADP

culture.

. Consolidated and restructured a multiple location operation into 5

locations. Successfully redeployed 50% of the population and

continued to retain key management, R&D and service staff.

. Recognized nationally by ADP Human Resources as a Performance Award

Recipient for leadership efforts with ADP's largest acquisition at the

time.
