Revenues were 100 million with 375 employees globally. Turin recently
merged with Force10 which resulted in job elimination.

Responsible for supporting 3 separate and distinct business units of ADP,
including Peachtree Software, with a
total of 700 employees in multiple locations. Interfaced and consulted
with the Presidents and management teams of
each of the business units with the primary focus on leading the
organizations through growth stages and launching new
products to market. HR teams focused on recruiting, compensation, employee
relations, and benefits.
. Increased the employee population 50% by recruiting, merging and
acquiring staff. Extensive technical and executive search was
accomplished while reducing recruiting costs.
. Directed efforts in the latter stages to build programs and processes to
be prepared for ownership changes for three businesses and retaining

Responsible for merging 1000 California based employees from Bank of
America's Payroll Division into ADP. This involved developing and managing
three separate Human Resources departments in California within 2 weeks of
the acquisition close date. Directed 2 remote HR Managers. Introduced and
implemented all Human Resources programs and new benefits to the acquired
employees. Heavily involved in organizational development and directing
extensive reductions in staff.
. Developed 3 start up HR departments complying with all internal and
external regulatory audits. Rolled out new compensation programs,
benefits, management training, and orientation programs to promote ADP
culture.
. Consolidated and restructured a multiple location operation into 5
locations. Successfully redeployed 50% of the population and
continued to retain key management, R&D and service staff.
