DIVERSE RANGE OF EXPERIENCE

. Primary responsibility for the pre-construction real estate acquisition

and development process of more than thirty hotels from site selection

through closing within numerous municipalities nationally including

contract negotiation, legal review (contract / title), civil engineering,

architecture, due diligence, feasibility analysis, entitlements,,

permitting, franchisee / owner relations. Exceeded expectation and over

achieved in this role.

. Documented deal-making proficiency and marketing success within the

commercial brokerage arena by maintaining a geographical submarket focus

area (K-7 Corridor) and specializing in emerging land development and

income investment opportunities for local, regional and national

developers, investors and REITs.

. Appraisal / Analysis of more than 100 commercial properties including

office, retail (single tenant to regional power center), industrial,

petroleum / convenience store, multifamily, condominium conversion and

numerous other property types with varying ownership interests.

Intensive market research, narrative report writing, lease evaluation and

complex financial analysis. Additionally I have appraised more than 300

SFR properties.

. Successfully managed the pre-construction site development process of

more than one hundred wireless telecommunications facilities (cell towers

/ rooftops / co-location) in multiple markets and zoning jurisdictions

with multiple vendors, contractors and interdepartmental teams. Primarily

accountable for site acquisition, entitlement, permitting, vendor

management, due diligence, project management and reporting.

. Performed due diligence, investment and risk analysis of multi-million

dollar commercial loan portfolios for B-pieced buyers of commercial

mortgage backed securities (CMBS). Also performed lending decision-based

underwriting of multifamily, retail, and numerous other property types in

numerous markets across the country. Intense financial modeling, market

research, risk analysis and credit committee presentations as well as

project management of the securitization process and rating agency

documentation approvals.

. Effectively managed a portfolio in excess of 1,000,000 square feet of

retail, office, and industrial property ranging in classification from A

to D including all aspects of property management from lease

negotiations, make-ready construction coordination, vendor management,

rent collections and other tenant relations.
