projects at GE Silicones chemical manufacturing plant.

system, 200-ft. underground tunnel under a state highway, above-ground

1996 - 2004: MACtac (Div. of Bemis, Inc.), Scranton, PA
Senior Project and Facilities Manager: Manager for MACtac's label coating
and manufacturing division and national distribution centers.
. Successfully managed a $20 million project to install a hot melt
coater, extruder, raw material storage and handling systems and
support utilities.
. Supervised all plant contractors, negotiated contracts, developed
budgets with project timelines and scopes of work, approved
machinery specifications and drawings, and provided AutoCAD support.
. Managed cost-savings programs for the Scranton Roll Label and
Medical Products division with savings of $1.2 million per year.
. Designed and installed unique paper roll material handling and
storage equipment throughout multiple facilities. Applied for two
