daily operations of geo-thermal wells in the Imperial Valley, CA. Change
out well pumps up to 32 stages. Supervise coil tubing and nitrogen. Run
packers. Run and set bridge plugs and packers. Make repairs of holes in
casing at surface. Supervising all workover and well issues as they arise.
2009. PetroHawk Resources
Site Supervisor - Shreveport, Louisiana. Provided full range of drilling
engineering services for planning and execution of wells in Louisiana.
Provide planning and twenty-four hour supervision for Horizontal
Haynesville Shale drilling program in Shreveport, LA. Provided input for
PDC selection, in both vertical and horizontal sections, directional
strategies, spending strategies and other steps necessary to reduce days
and dollars in Haynesville shale field. (16,900'+ TVD). Generate Daily
Planner for Rig Crews and Toolpusher. Discuss 24 hr operations along with
safety issues and concerns. Report to Louisiana State Regulator on a
weekly basis on hole conditions, cement, lead and tail, displacement -
casing-grades and wt. Plan and carrying out of fishing operation.
2008 McMillan Consulting
Wellsite Supervisor - Company Man - Aledo, Texas Provided full services
to QuickSilver Resources Inc. for planning and execution of completions
within the Barnett Shale. Recruited by Quicksilver Superintendent to rig-
up two 150 snubbing units and drillout up to 10 composite plugs to PBTD on
multiwell pads with twelve foot spacing between units. Supervised
procedures, for up to five wells per day, with two inch Coil tubing and/or
Pulling Units. Tested casing up to 5000 PSI - Ran in hole with TCP guns-
wireline set packers . and run Gas lift valves, Completed wells with
laterals up to 4000'. Set in on morning meetings for weekly planning.
2007 - 2008 Sierra Engineering
Wellsite Supervisor - Company Man Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Provided well
site supervision for Drilling and Completions Operators. Operator -
CrownQuest in southern Utah Underbalanced Drilling. Design of BHA's and
Bit selection. Worked through lost circulation issues. Conducted safety
meetings with zero accidents. Weekly BOP Drills with no offset well to
refer to, making onsite discussions quick and effective and keeping cost
to a minimum. Operator - Chesapeake, Texas. Wellsite Supervisor on a
Barnett Shale well. Drilled to TD, run long string casing and cement and
skid rig twelve feet to spud new well. Requested by Devon Energy to drill
and complete two wells in Kansas. Operator - Devon Energy, Kansas.
Coordinate with land owner, state and local agencies. Stake and build
location. Run water supplies to drill rig. Drilled two wells making bit
selections, designing BHA's, did research from offset wells. Worked with
Geology and Engineer to determine running DST's to TD. Supervised open
hole logs. Ran casing and cement. MIRU polling unit acidize and swab in
wells. Drilled and Completed wells to finish. Drilled Footage and Day
Rate. No lost-time accidents, significant spills or prohibited releases to
atmosphere.
2005-2007 Arrington Oil and Gas
Wellsite Supervisor - Company Man Midland, Texas Supervisor for Drilling
operations in the Barnett shale for approximately 20 Horizontal wells.
Developed new procedures for Open Hole whipstocks drilling out
capabilities from 3' to 10' to run in hole with curve assembly and build
curve to 90 degrees. Run and set DV tools for two stage cement. Laterals
up to 4000' feet working with Directional and MWD with wireline retrieval
of MWD on failures. Supervised open hole logs. Worked closely with
Geology, state and local Governments Railroad Commission. Drilled two
wells in Mississippi. Designed and built rig roads and locations. Worked
through Gumbo. Lost circulation and waterflow issues. No offset wells to
refer to. Designed BHA's and bit selections. Drilled Vertical and
Horizontal with motors up to 1.75 bit to bend. Both Roller cone and PDC.
Zero accidents. No spills or prohibited loss to atmosphere.
2002-2005 and 1989-1991 Cudd Pressure Control

completions 1978-1989. In 1976 started as floor hand for Parker Drilling
Rig 56 jaw clutch compound rigs. Worked my way up to Derricks - Driller -
Toolpusher. Worked for Brinkerhoff Signal -Parker - Burris Drilling - Rio
Grande - Lofland - Penrod. Supervised both land and offshore for Shell off
Huntington Beach, CA, Geo-Thermal wells in El Centro, CA and Falon, Nevada.
Operated and pushed tools on pulling units in the Overthrust Belt on wells
